Our very own World War II veteran Larry Eckstein recently returned from 80th anniversary ceremonies of the D-Day invasion off the coast of Normandy, France. It was quite the journey as he and about 70 other WW-II veterans from across the U.S. embarked on the weeklong trip. All of this was coordinated by Old Glory Honor Flight and American Airlines. Larry was accompanied by his daughter Julie.
